Nice selection of east Africa food, fair cocktail and drink selection. Visited December 2024. My meat stew was spicy and flavorful and served with a nice side of injera. My partners vegetarian dish was also good but a bit small on the portion (maybe we should have ordered a second dish?). Great ambience, fair prices. Reservations recommended.

Very interesting interior and menu. The food took some time and the service was average.. Very good vegan menu and drinks. Worth it for a visit.

We loved our dinner experience. Totally authentic. They even had African sand inside the restaurant, totally unexpected and authentic touch. We ordered their signature cocktail kotoko, it was delish. We highly recommend that. For the food, we ordered the following items: 1. African Safari - lamb with injera - delish 2. Veggie mixed plate - yummy Definitely recommend this spot for dinner.

This is the 2nd time we have gone here cause we simply enjoy the food. We didn't have a reservation, but we got a table that was open. They seemed a bit short staffed, but the server did check on us here and there. The food was good and had just the right amount of spice. Drinks were yummy even though we were only able to order 1 round due to the server doing his best to be sure everyone got seated and ordered their meals. Regardless, we enjoyed our time even if it got stretched a bit longer than we expected. Would still recommend trying this place, and we plan to come back in the future.
