You are going to experience an incredible journey of taste and service at this restaurant, everything was so easy going without stress, waiters with a beautiful smile and happy to help and serve. The food : That was a really well money spend for my birthday, and experience I will gladly do again and again, outstanding presentation and taste of everything, but BE CAREFUL, you are going to be addicted to this waffle and pretzel dessert, eat it with your own risk ! The restaurant deserves the two Michelin stars for sure, great effort from both kitchen and service. 👏👏

When in Stuttgart, I highly recommend a visit to this two Michelin-starred restaurant. They offer a delightful set menu that changes seasonally, ensuring a unique dining experience each time. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is particularly suitable for romantic dinners. The restaurant is housed in the former fortress of the Duke of Stuttgart, providing a stunning venue for your dining experience.

Had a great time. You can tell the chef and his team put a lot of effort and precision into each dish. I also ordered the nonalcoholic paring which was very creative and overall suited well. The menu just didn’t really make sense. Lots of sea element, which is fine. I asked the staff what led to the culmination of the menu, and it was basically just because the chef and his team likes this food. To me, it would’ve meant much more if the chef wanted to adhere to a theme or there was a story.. I think this deserves 2 stars. Selling that dream would definitely make it 3.

Unforgettable experience, the location, the service and the food were absolutely worthy the money I paid. 2 Michelin stars more than deserved. I wouldn't be surprised they will manage to get the third one in the near future. During the summertime you can dine outside and if the weather is not nice tables will be prepared inside the restaurant. Pretty interesting wine list.

Overpriced and certainly not a 2 star especially on terms of service. Beautiful location. Staff had many rough edges. Haphazard and uncoordinated staff . Needs a passionate manager. Service was painful. Untrained. Did not deserve 2 stars. It was better when it had a one star. Food was nice. Regret I did not stop at Schwarzwaldstube in the black forest one of my all time favourites.
