We had a wonderful experience at this lovely local spot, seated outdoors on a beautiful day. The service was excellent—friendly, prompt, and made the entire meal even more enjoyable. We ordered the sausage platter and the crispy pork shoulder, and both dishes were outstanding. The pork shoulder was perfectly cooked—fall-off-the-bone tender—and came with a rich brown beer sauce, sauerkraut, and a soft potato dumpling. Every element complemented the other beautifully. The sausage platter included four varieties, each delicious in its own way, but the spicy sausage stood out as our personal favorite. It’s definitely a must-try! We also enjoyed their house beer, brewed in-barrel. It’s a light, airy lager—refreshing and just perfect for a summer afternoon. Highly recommend this place for great food, great beer, and warm hospitality!

It is an amazing restaurant! The waiters were friendly, polite and helpful. The food was extremely delicious! The schnitzel with the potato salad was incredible, the best I ever had! We also ordered the pork elbow and sausages, they were equally delicious. We finished with the apple strudel, OMG , it was out of this world..definitely try it! I 200% recommend it, I will definitely come back!

I had lunch with my son there. We had the steak and the pork knuckle which were very good. Although we were able to sit quickly this is a busy place so reservation is recommended. A bit noisy due to the size and the number of people. The beer is also good so try it. The prices are logical for Munich.

Had a fabulous experience on our first day in Munich. Our waiter gave us lots of recommendations and talked us through the special dishes and specifically explained what was vegetarian on the menu for my partner. Highly recommend if you want to eat good traditional Bavarian dishes in a laid back setting in the safe hands of the staff, definitely eat here!

Great dinner with family and relatives on a summer evening. Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff throughout. As a group of 7 we were seated downstairs in the vault. Seating also available on ground floor, indoors and on the large patio. Staff helped us proactively to get access with wheelchair through side door and elevator. Great menu and drinks list. Delicious local comfort food, very tasty. Orders were taken without rush and great recommendations. Served quickly given the high level of patrons dining. Excellent service and experience. Highly recommended, we will be back 🍻🍗!
