California Bean

We visited this restaurant in Munich about a week ago, and the experience was simply excellent. The food was varied and incredibly tasty – each dish was beautifully presented with perfectly balanced flavors. The service was friendly, professional, and fast, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. To top it all off, the coffee was great

I first visited this cafe 3 years ago and only grabbed a take away coffee, this time we were able to sit down for breakfast and it was amazing. Food came out fast, coffee was delicious and hot barista made, I had the porky pan cakes which had as combination of pancakes, egg, bacon, ham, sauerkraut and gravy. Delicious mixture of flavours that did not disappoint. Will certainly return

This place looked like an old “not renovated for a long time” kinda diner so I didn’t have any expectation but since the rating on Google is so high I gave it a try. It turned out that the service was great, the food was amazing and I enjoyed everything there! I ended up giving a maximum rating lol 😂 Every staff was absolutely professional, friendly and attentive which doesn’t happen in Germany. This place is definitely special.

Breakfast all day long and a lovely, welcoming staff who are very hardworking. My wife and I came two days in a row and were very well taken care of. The restaurant is comfortable, clean and nice atmosphere. Food is tasty and many options with a menu in both English and German. Our waitress was lovely and took the time to chat with us and ensure we were happy with our meals and drink options. Lovely place to visit.

We were in Munich for two days and we had breakfast at the California Bean both days! We had the pleasure of meeting Evelyn, the host, server, and owner, not to mention she remembered us! She was more than a delight! If we are ever in the area again, we will be sure to stop back in not only for the great service, but the great food!!! 10/10 recommend!
