Food was amazing and they were so kind, we ate there twice in a row 😁. One of the staff shared some popular dishes and explained exactly how much food we should order since we were so eager to try everything but he said that it was enough, and he was exactly correct!! (Not like some other places that just want to make money and let you order too much.) The Greek salad was so good, we also tried the octopus, chicken, shrimps, and their special, the seafood linguine. Everything was very fresh!!

Our favorite meal in Mykonos! So happy we stumbled upon it. They say the restaurant is where Greek meze meats tapas. They have Greek dishes but also some Spanish ones. It’s a nice blend of traditional dishes that feel elevated and a little different than what you can get anywhere else in town. They have a small side counter where you can get espresso or cocktails to go, and some tables outside for dining. Really friendly service here. We got the tarama dip to start. It was one of the best ones I’ve had and I loved the seasoned pita it came with. Next, we got the fried Mykonian mushrooms which came as a generous portioned bowl of mushrooms. As a mushroom lover this was my heaven. They had been cooked in wine and were delicious. Then, we got the focaccia with seftalia, truffle mayo and caramelized onion. Wow this was so flavorful and absolutely delicious! We added in a bowl of the pork bites cooked in local wine and lemon which we didn’t love as much, they might have been overcooked. Overall, really wonderful meal here! Definitely recommend checking it out.

Delicious lunch at Casa de la Abuela! We shared the octopus with salami and shrimp — so fresh and flavorful. The chicken gyros and fries were amazing. Friendly service and a cool, shaded spot made it perfect on a hot day. Highly recommend!

Such a charming little stop while taking in the beauty and chaos of Mykonos. The family that runs it was so warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious! Liked it so much, we stopped in both days we were here
