Johnny’s Greek Restaurant

We are visiting Zakynthos to see my wife's father's home village. Based on the good Google reviews we decided to try Johnny's Greek Restaurant. Every thing we ate was divine but we would especially recommend the Zakynthinian Chicken. Baklava for dessert was amazing. Eat from the Greek menu!!!! We were visiting in October which starts the low season so getting a table was easy. I expect in August it would be very busy!

Really wonderful and memorable restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious. Their lamb kleftiko is to die for! Other standouts include their tzatziki (which was perfectly balanced), the hummus (which had a nice smokey flavour), and the calamari (which was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of batter). The service is quick and very friendly. We've been there three times already and are planning on dining there once more before our vacation is over. Looking forward to it!

Amazing food, especially the bruschetta with feta and tomatoes! Super nice staff, don’t think I ever have had this good service before! Ate there two times and both times were amazing! Would go back if I return to the area :) Paid around 50 euros for starters, main course and drinks, for two people! Received free desert the first time and free drinks the second time, a big +

What a great restaurant, great food , Brilliant service and staff couldn’t do enough for you. Definitely come back next week . Spaghetti, swordfish, was amazing x

Popped in for an early dinner after reading the reviews. We shared a garlic bread then shared a Chicken Souvlaki and meatballs. The meatballs were very tasty as others have said and the Souvlaki was perfectly cooked. The prices were reasonable, the staff were friendly and efficient - we will definitely return!
