Maybe I visited too many Cretan food places, but this place felt not like the Cretan one. They don't bring you small dessert in the end. The food was plain. Ok, but had no significant taste. The place itself designed beautifully, the waiters were nice. Toilet has no option for hanging a bag.
Located in the heart of Thessaloniki, offers a thoughtfully curated menu featuring traditional Greek recipes—reimagined with a refined, modern touch. What truly stands out is the balance and purity of the ingredients. It’s clear that care goes into both the sourcing and preparation, resulting in plates that are as satisfying as they are sophisticated. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates well-executed, Greek cuisine.
Best meal I had in Thessaloniki, hands down! Had such a hard time picking my dishes because everything sounded so amazing. Authentic dishes meant to be eaten with bread. They use an antique stove and cooking techniques that infuse the food with deep, rich flavors without being overpowering. The shrimp and chickpeas was a standout! The vibe was perfect for this spot. Absolutely visiting on my next visit to Thessaloniki!
Excellent food, the cuisine is outstanding. The wine pairing was perfect. We felt welcome and the service was very friendly. We will come back on our next visit to Thessaloniki.
The quality of the ingredients, the complexity of flavors, the beautiful presentation, and the crusty sourdough were all outstanding—highly recommend! The setting is attractive and the staff unfailingly polite. Every dish was distinctive, flavorful, and genuinely delicious, and the list of wines and tsipouro is excellent. Prices are on the high side, yet you won’t begrudge a single euro. One of the few spots where the music doesn’t slip into the typical dreary folk soundtrack. The halva we tried at the end was the most delicious, divine variation I’ve ever tasted. Tip: A reservation is essential.
