Total hidden gem 🌮🔥 La Poblana serves up legit Mexican flavors right in the middle of Reykjavík. Tacos are fresh, loaded, and sooo tasty (the kind you crave the next day). Cozy vibe, super friendly staff, and portions that hit just right. Perfect spot if you need a break from fish & chips and want something with spice + soul.

Amazing authentic Mexican food in Reykjavik! High recommended! Don’t get lost! Restaurant is upstairs with a bigger menu while the downstairs bar Elly also serves a slimmer version of the restaurant menu! Fast service and friendly staff:) Perfect on a rainy evening:) OME corn beer was also light and refreshing! Perfect companion to spicy tacos:)

Tacos were very tasty especially the vegan one. The nachos is a bit too big. They have a good beer contain with tomato as well as nice soda.

We got lucky and were able to get a table without a reservation, but I wouldn't recommend it, because this place gets packed. What a dope spot! Incredible food - Vegan options! And great drinks too. Highly recommend checking this place out.
