Here is the one of my favourite restaurant in Crete The restaurant is run by a family. They are so helpful and friendly. They have good wine menu as well. The food was extremely good. They were fresh and delicious. Before you go it is better to make reservation

Really great restaurant. The service very friendly. Interesting choice of having only Greek menu and explain it to every customer but it adds to the experience. The food was pretty good. Maybe the price is a bit hefty but not over the top and it's worth it. We had: Snails - nothing to complain about Staka - first time we had it; very good, totally recommend it Liver - delicious and juicy Mussels in Ouzo - if you don't mind a bit of spicy food they are excellent Lamb chops - delicious

Easily the best food I have eaten in my 6 days on Crete. I haven’t had a bad meal here and tried other fancier restaurants such as peskesi, which was great. However there’s something about these dishes which felt home made but fine dining at the same time. My wife and I tried the snails, cuttlefish in ink sauce, whole fried fish, and ntakos. We left no crumbs on every plate and left extremely full. The service was kind toward tourists as the girl working there explained every dish on the menu and marked the ones that we were interested in. My only regret is not coming again on Friday as they are closed on the weekends and I leave Monday morning.

Fanatics restaurant! The lamb is great the Greek salad is very tasty you can’t stop eating. Their home made beer is genius! The coffee was also good. Service is very nice and the restaurant looks like something from a postcard. The bathroom is very clean! Prices are very decent! Would def recommend 10/10 We also got complementary bread and home dessert.

We had a really nice dinner. I am not usually a fan of somebody explaining the menu but it was really pleasant to discuss either our host. She was very friendly. The dinner was served hot and in a timely fashion but not too fast. It was excellent and the portions were the right size (we could enjoyed different dishes without wasting).
