Food is fresh and fantastic. However there are a few things that rubbed me up the wrong way. Portion size for some things is very bad. They give hardly any chicken in the salad. I also ordered a side of Bombay Potatoes and couldn't actually believe how small the portion was, for €5. I actually told him to cancel it or add more, he added more. I would never normally do that but I was genuinely dumbfounded and could not believe someone was going to try and charge me €5 for about the equivalent of one medium potato cut into cubes. They don't accept cash which is a massive pet peeve of mine. Firstly, it's legal tender, secondly, cash is important to accept as it is used by elderly people and those under coercive financial control or fleeing domestic violence. They say they don't accept cash for hygiene reasons which is bull, because they literally have people on the tills who do not move from the tills. While the food is very good I just feel that portion size and a refusal to accept cash drags down the experience.

I always enjoy my salads in this Sprout. I find them tasty, large, great quality and customisable with options that can accommodate any mood I may be in in that day. I like that they change their specials often. Service is fast and always nice. When the weather allows for it it's great to be able to eat outdoor.

I went here a few times last July, but I still dream about the food. The spicy bean taco bowl is amazing, I’m considering visting Ireland a second time just for that.

This is the best Sprout and Co in the town! Definitely recommend their delicious and fresh salads. Also super friendly service!

Very friendly staff. Food is always fresh and super tasty. I took the Middle Eastern Chicken several times. It as delicious, very filing and quiet big portions (for only 10.95€) 100% recommend if you wanna grab something fast, healthy and tasty!
