Beat brunch in all of Dublin. Food came quickly and we didn’t even have to reserve any seats. The pastry’s were great. The best Shakshuka I’ve ever had in my life and the sourdough is so unbelievably fluffy and soft. The waiters all had really cool and unique style. They all seemed really happy to be there and jolly which we love to see. Definitely coming back for more so sad I don’t live in Dublin though.
We were in the neighborhood and decided to drop in for a coffee and a small bite. Unfortunately, for us, it was shortly after 3pm and the cafe closes at 3:30pm. We would have loved to try out one of their dishes on the menu but settled quickly for a coffee and one of the last croissants and morning buns. Both were delicious and left us wanting for more. Hope to be back to sample some of the dishes when we are in Dublin again.
Oh my! I wish we’d found this place on our first day here. It’s literally right across the street from our hotel. The food is just wonderful and the staff are too. If you’re passing thru, give it a try. And if you live here and aren’t going here at least once a week, well, I question your good taste and possibly your sanity. :) I had the yogurt and granola and bought a bag of granola to take with me. The home made peanut butter was a nice add and truly delicious!
Super spot at the Kevin St end of Francis St - a street which has changed so much since I was a student in the 90s. Now it's home to buzzy neighborhood cafes and cool pubs such as Liberty Belle. Two pups is a cafe by day and then pivots to a wine bar at night. If the cafe is anything to go by, the wine bar is a must visit on my next trip. My Turkish eggs were first class and the granola was equally delicious, the peanut was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and efficient. Give this place a try - it's worth every penny.
My friends and I ordered the Shushaka and it was incredible. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they also have amazing style. Warm and cozy atmosphere both inside and out. Delicious brunch menu as well as a wonderful array of pastries. We are all very pleased with this experience!
