The food we ordered was mediocre, including the ramen, the tacos, the tataki tuna, and the kimchi. Most of them were bland; the ramen was overcooked, and the tacos were mostly filled with coriander rather than actual fish. I wanted to get a dessert, but honestly, I was afraid they’d ruin that for me as well. The Japanese mule was also mediocre, with 90 percent just ice, and they even got our other drink wrong. We are not the type to send food back as long as it is edible. The server did say he could change the dishes for us, but he didn’t really try to say anything else the moment we said it was fine, and he just left, without really trying to make the experience a bit better. 🤣 It was honestly just embarrassing, especially on Tu B'Av evening. We came in with high expectations and came out disappointed, to the point that it just became funny and we started laughing towards the end of our dining. The place itself looks fancy and has a good atmosphere to it, but I really don’t recommend dining there.
Atmosphere was great! The sushi was fresh and full of flavors, same goes with the dishes from the wok, and the dessert that we've ordered. Restaurant has big and small tables for any occasion, and a high chair bar with great selection of cocktails. Highly recommended!!
Great variety of soups, entrees, dessert, drinks. Tablet interface menu: Hebrew/ English. Friendly efficient helpful staff. Sushi/ Japan festival: special menu & drinks fantastic, but NOISY kids , loud adults and music hard for conversations or even communicate with staff 21/6/23
An Asian restaurant. Nice decor, ok service. The food is not so good. There are Asian dishes like green curry where you expect a lot of sauce, but then there are others where the sauce is supposed to complement the food, not provide a swimming pool for it. The beef udon suffered from meat that did not taste good, the original meat, not the sauce. And the kimchi? Sorry. This is not kimchi, this was fresh cabbage in hot sauce. Kimchi is fermented. Don't call a dish by a name it does not deserve. The pad tai suffered from having only a single taste, of sugar, way too sweet. The kitchen made the dishes available in no time at all. Maybe make it slower, but better.
Waiters are coming at tribes and doing a lot of unnecessary intrusions or not coming at all. Dishes are delicious but servings ( bowls, napkins, plates, side items) are miserable: for example you have cocktail that comes in wet glass and it destroying your only napkin/ you order two dishes and do not have place to eat on your table because dishes served in giant plates ...
