I made an order, there were a few things missing, I called to find out, I asked about a baguette that I didn't get this time, and last time I did get it, I wanted to make sure it came with every order, I asked politely, the girl started screaming at me that they don't deliver on Saturday and it's a known fact, there was no announcement on the website about the matter I ordered and I didn't call to fight, I just asked and explained it to her and asked her to stop yelling at me, she continued her argument and accused me that I didn't know they don't deliver on Saturday and it's a known fact as if I order from there every other day and even though I explained that I order from there with a second it didn't help, in addition to choosing the noodles in the dish I asked for egg noodles, last time it came in the shape of a regular round tube, this time it came flat and I wasn't sure if that's what I ordered, she started yelling at me again and said that if it's yellow it's egg noodles, to me it looked like rice noodles, the dish without minimal tabbouleh, no salt, no pepper, tasteless to say the least, I also got french fries and the minimum of ketchup/+mayonnaise They added, I didn't ask about the subject because after she yelled at me the second time, I couldn't continue the conversation with her. I quickly hung up and immediately went to write this review. I don't care that the food is getting cold, nor do I care about all the shortcomings I received. I was mostly bothered by the humiliating treatment I received. I want to make sure that no one else receives similar treatment and tasteless food. Personally, I won't order again. I hope you do too.

I went in at 11 o'clock to Mokpetzin I waited in line when my turn came it was already ten past eleven The employee didn't want to take my order, he claimed that the kitchen was closing in twenty minutes....I told him what's the deal, I'm already in line, I still didn't want to...I turned around and left without getting service

Wow, I'm glad this place still exists, when I was a student part of the exam period was done here or by taking take away home, I'm glad the taste hasn't changed and the service remains kind, a continuous rotation of vegetables and chicken and meat I highly recommend, I'm sure I'll come back here♥️♥️

I highly recommend you come and enjoy a Mokfatsin experience that you won't eat anywhere else. Anyone who doesn't eat at Mokfatsin Be'er Sheva is a sucker!!
