Almost perfect. We had the taste-menu, 9 dishes chosen by the chef. All were delicious, intriguing, and a treat to the eye. The first three dishes came too quick, before we finished the previous one. Beside that, perfection!! A little expensive, but the kids pay that as an anniversary present.

Great atmosphere with beautiful view on Haifa's bay. Service was excellent and accurate. Restaurant is mainly focused on sea food fish, doing excellent job with taste, texture and fresh products.

Tldr: great food, some amazing dishes, main course was small, good cocktail, great service, pricey. Over all 4.5/5 Full review(with dishes recommendation) My wife and I book a table at del mar for dinner on A Friday. The place was warm and welcoming, everything looked great was orgebized and clean. We were greated and got a table with the cliff view what a delight. Our waiter Idan was super friendly and professional helped us build our meal course with dish recommendation and how the Flow of the dishes should go. We pretty much ordered everything he recommended: For amuse bouche: *Scalop with citric cream and truffle pearls. The Scalop was cooked to perfection and that little bite was packed with flavor 10/10 *fresh oyster with lime and tabasco. Fresh and nice. For starters we had: *Slices of raw amberjack fish with mango sauce, diced cumcambers, cheese & pine nuts. Very fresh and enjoyable fish was fresh, slightly salty 8/10 *Tuna tataki with almonds, chili, orange, labane cream. That dish was absolutly briliant strong flavors, amazing combination of fresh tuna and citric orange combines with the cream and leafs definitly a must have dish 11/10 *Fish tartar on A tomato sauce. I love that dish strong flavors of raw onion worked great with the fish and the great tomato sauce. My wife found it a bit too onioni 9/10 For mains: *Calamri with potato, brown butter & corn. The Calamri was cooked to perfection the the rest of the dish was very tasty but way too much oil/butter We werent able to finish the plate because it Felt too "fatty" would suggest adding something more acidic to it for balancing 6/10 *White grouper ontop of corn cream and Mushrooms this was the most expensive dish of the evening( 169 NIS) . The dish over all had good flavors, The fish was very slightly over cooked but not something to return to the dish. concidering the price the dish felt too small. We though it was missing some sides/greens to increase volume. 7/10 Desserts: Lemon pie - was great I enjoyed it very much. Was a bit on the sweet side I would. Like it more sour 8/10 Tiramisu with coffee pearls caviar - The dish was served in a caviar like box which was beautiful. The tiramisu itself was tasty but the cavier (which had gelatin in it) wasnt very pleasent to eat(large amount of jelly)and over all wasn'tjustify being there. I would suggest to change pearls a bit using alginate Instead (reverse spherification) imo it would give a more intresting texture to it. 6/10 Idan our waiter service was very professional, patient and over all pleasent. Cocktail we had was fresh and enjoy able. The prices were a bit high for the portion size but the quality of the food make up for it. I would defently recommend this place & we would surely return there.

A Michelen quality service and food. The wonderful combination of spices and flavors were unique and kept the medetetenian flare. We ordered a few dishes, Tapas style, and the staff allowed us to enjoy each dish before serving the next plate. The oblass wine (Israel) was wonderful The waitstaff was super friendly and helpful. We will return.

amazingly delicious! ordered seared tuna, bruschetta, stuffed squid, shrimps and all dishes were incredible. the service is excellent, the waiters are a bit over the top fussing around the room, but overall everything is fine)) I hope in six months/year everything will remain at the same high level🥂
