Giraffe Haifa

Terrible customer service. I tried to order several times from their app, and it consistently ignores my requests. After calling them, they blame me and do not want to listen even. Never met such an appalling approach towards loyal customers. Even more frustrating since they charge so much for their food. Said they will contact me back but never did, even though I emailed them as requested.

The food was amazing. It was adequately spiced and you could taste the ingredients being fresh! The Pad Thai is to die for! The Spicy Dish and the New Empress were great too. Additionally, the open kitchen ambience allows you to watch your food being made! Also, the service was quick and friendly.

If you are in yhe venter of the carmenl , go get your sushi from this place , my daughters love it . Very taster food , very nice waiters and service . I gave it three stars as the toilets were very dirty , i wonder how the kitchen will look like .

I paid over 120nis for a miniscule portion of food, pad thai had barely 80gr of chicken in it at best, the meat was stinky and not fresh, with 3 tiny pcs of onion and a 1x1cm cube(!) of lemon. The box contained mostly noodles and the whole thing was maybe half the quantity of what you get in most other places. Sushi also expensive and not justifiable for 44nis... I don't expect much anymore in this country, but the once in a blue moon I did get takeaway, Giraffe served me a very stylish, nicely packed insult...

Great service, generous portions. Most of their dishes are more on the sweet side for my taste. I don’t recommend their takeaway.
