CRUDO in Haifa offers a warm, Italian-Mediterranean dining experience right by the vibrant waterfront on Ha-Namal Street. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between modern elegance and cozy charm, with both outdoor tables perfect for lively evenings and indoor bar seating near the kitchen for a more intimate vibe. The lighting and tasteful music create a relaxed but upbeat mood, though some guests mention occasional slower service moments, staff are generally friendly and attentive[1][5]. Food here is the real highlight, especially the crudo section—a must-try for seafood lovers—alongside fresh, handmade pastas and carefully prepared fish dishes. Ingredients are fresh and well-sourced, and presentation is thoughtful without being fussy. Portions lean toward moderate sizes, letting you sample a range without feeling overstuffed. Pizza pesto and oven-baked asparagus also stand out, with good vegetarian options available. Desserts get mixed reviews; tiramisu might be skip-worthy but others are spot-on[1][3][5]. Pricing falls in the mid-range, reflecting the quality and location well. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends when the place fills up, but weekday lunches can be quieter and more relaxed. CRUDO suits couples looking for a romantic dinner, small groups craving quality Italian fare, and seafood fans eager to explore fresh, local flavors in a trendy setting[1][2][3]. The restaurant’s recent surge in popularity seems tied to its skillful blend of authentic Italian with local Mediterranean influences, plus a social media buzz around its fresh crudo dishes and handcrafted pastas. Locals appreciate the consistent quality and atmosphere, making it a reliable pick in Haifa’s competitive dining scene[1][2].

Delicious food, amazing service and great atmosphere! Everything is tasty, do not skip the crudo section in the menu and pasta and fish dish. We didn’t tried the meat as we eat Kosher but it looks amazing. There are many options for vegetarians. The stuff very nice and we both entered and went out with a smile :) Thank you! Hope to be back next time we will visit Haifa.
A cute italian-mediterranean fusion restaurant-bar. We could feel they were doing their best to provide a good service, but it was quite slow and not so professional in my opinion. We were a group of 4 people that came for a Friday dinner, and wanted to try as many dishes as possible so we ordered everything for sharing. The dishes were all medium size and quite pricy so it's not the best value for money, but that way we did get to try a bit of almost every section of the menu. For starters we ordered a classic caprese salad (the mozzarella was very fresh), white fish bruschetta (served with crushed tomatoes, pickled red onion and labneh cheese), the white fish sashimi (served with labneh cheese dollops and grated aqit (dried yogurt) and the roasted asparagus (served with zucchini tzatziki and parmesan cheese). The fish dishes & asparagus were probably the most delicious of the entire meal. We then continued to the mains and ordered the crab meat agnolotti (served with quite a heavy lemony sauce, peas and ricotta cheese dollops) - it wasn't made as good as I expected as the pasta-filling ratio was poor and the dough was too thick in my opinion. We also tried the hraime pizza (white fish flakes & calamari with just regular tomato sauce) based on the waiter's recommendation, and this one was also not so great. the dough had a weird texture and it was lacking the spiciness expected when eating hraime. Lastly, we were still a bit hungry so we also ordered the fish fillet served with lemony tagliatella pasta, some charred snow peas and peas and cherry tomatoes. This dish was probably the best out of all of the mains, and the fish fillet was well made. To conclude, I probably wouldn't hardly recommend this restaurant as there are much better options in the area, but I can't say it was a bad meal.
Lovely lovely place! Outdoor seating on tables, indoor seating at bar. We sat indoor at the bar near the kitchen. Good options for vegetarians as well! We ate asparagus in the oven, pizza pesto, caprese salad, and for dessert cheese mousse. Everything was super tasty, served at the right temperature, and had a unique taste. Waiters are very welcoming. We felt pampered. Another thing which was very nice to see, with a view of the kitchen, was how clean everybody worked. We will definitely come here again!
I was visiting a friend in Haifa, this was my first time there an it was an amazing lunch experience on a Friday noon. We had a few drinks and amazingly fresh fish dishes with locally baked bread. I will definitely be back.
Great Atmosphere, great service. The Appetizers were amazing, the entrées were good but not up to the mark atleast the ones we ordered. The deserts were perfect except the Tiramisu. Overall, we loved it.
