We often come by for a coffee and bagel, love the location and friendly staff. First time now we ordered in for an event - the platters came beautifully laid out, the food tasty - we were very happy with everything ordered. It helped make the event special and we will definitely be repeat customers!

They are the nicest people, so friendly And they have the best American style bagels that I've tasted in Israel as well as a huge variety of fresh muffins in different cool flavors and a full drink menu which includes pumpkin spice lattes. Their ingredients are all super fresh and high quality. I love that they have all the American brunch foods that I miss and are hard to find here.

Whenever I take my daughter or granddaughter to Jerusalem for a shopping trip, they always request Muffin Boutique for lunch. I love the muffins and the coffee (and they love actual lunch food), but most of all, I LOVE the person working behind the counter! Whoever it is! They are so warm, friendly and accommodating. Good food, delicious muffins and coffee AND amazing service?? Wow! A soldier came in just as we were leaving and I tried to pay for her coffee. She said she gets it free there. The barista said they have a fund for the soldiers so I contributed to the fund instead. Just another cherry on top for this wonderful place. You might have to wait for a seat, but I'm not taking a star away for that because it's downtown Jerusalem, what do you expect ; ) Space is at a premium. Mehadrin hechsher.

Despite the name, what's really special here are the bagels. You'd think that in a Jewish state it would be easy to find good bagels but you'd be wrong. Very few people do them right. This is one of them. Founded by a Montreal family I believe, but even though I'm a New York bagel supremacist I still think these are the best bagels in the city. They don't have the weird honey sweetness that I associate with Montreal bagels. My favorite order is two everything bagels with cream cheese, lox, and onion. Their muffins are good too though! Today I went and they had delicious corn muffins, and I felt like I was back in New Jersey just for a moment. Staff is all bilingual in English and Hebrew, which is very convenient for an oleh ḥadash like me. Highly recommend!

A cute and inviting spot which serves an assortment of muffins, salads, bagels, drinks, etc. I got a mango orange shake from their naturally sweetened shake menu and it was delicious! Made with simple and fresh ingredients- mango, orange juice, yogurt, banana, dates, and cinnamon. It was 26 shekel for a medium-ish sized shake, which is a little pricey but it was good. The staff are very friendly and happy to help :) I would reccomend!
