Sushi Place מקום סושי

The food here is so good! The poke is rich and flavorful, the miso soup is rich and flavorful, the sushi is rich and flavorful! The service is also great - Hebrew or English, and very quick. There is a kitty that hangs out by the place too that everyone - both the restaurant workers and customer- seem to love. I have named the kitty “Kocha,” which is black tea in Japanese.

Asked for double salmon but got double carrots and cucumbers instead. Also, no sweet potato added. This after waiting 30 plus minutes for take away order.

Sushi in Jerusalem is often hit or miss. From the small menu all items came freshly made and presented nicely. I just wish the menu had more variety, as they don’t sell any maki and fish was limited to salmon. Also, the rice was falling apart. Aside from that i enjoyed my meal. So, if you want a snack or just some nigiri this is the place for you.

I was on a mission tonight to find sushi. So after going to Maps and searching Sushi Near Me. I found Sushi Place and although I wasn’t planning on a poke bowl, it sounded delicious. I had their bowl with raw salmon. I added Spicy Mayo and Eel Sauce. And OMG. It was delicious. They added cucumbers, carrots, avocado, fried sweet potatoes, seaweed, rice noodles, red cabbage, and cooked salmon all on a bed of perfectly made Sushi rice. There were several seats inside and a bunch of tables outside. It’s a small place with big flavor. I might need to go back tomorrow.

Great quick Sushi place to have a refreshing meal. They have a limited menu but each thing on there is on spot and you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend
