I've been here 4 times on my trip to Israel. Don't think they got my order right once. Expect to wait 40 minutes for 3 bagels on an empty day. Staff will cackle at you if you say you were waiting for 20 minutes. At least the food is decent.

They have good food, but the last two times I was there their service has been atrocious. I ordered a plain bagel for my daughter and saw the woman was preparing our order I went to ask her if she could put pickles on the side for my daughter. She barked back me, I'm not doing your order. I said I think you are. She asked my name and sure enough it was my order. Then she handed me.my order nastier and and said I'd like pickles on the side. In a huff she was looming for something to put it in and then wanted to hand it to in my hands. I said what about a small little bowl for dressing. She got it, gave it to me nastily and said, you know, I have a lot of orders. Uuuuum well one of those orders was mine and I deserve nice and good service.
