One of the best meals I have had in Jerusalem. I’m grateful they were open during sabbath but had a table free inside. The outside tables were completely booked. It’s was busy. I ordered the cabbage rolls and warm beets. I found the flavors well balanced. My server was attentive and checked on me.
Pergamon has delivered an absolutely fantastic experience every time we’ve been. The waitstaff are friendly, service is quick, and it’s never overcrowded—bonus points for the hip space and presentation! The dishes are creative, make use of fresh ingredients, and appropriately portioned (tapas-style) so you can try a variety of dishes each time you visit. The cocktails are also super delicious—I recommend you try the Ilia or the Meteora! This has quickly become a favorite of ours in Jerusalem, and we can’t wait to go back for another visit.
This is the third time we come here, the service was alright but can be improved, the menu never changes, which I feel could be upgraded. The menu is Levantine Arabic, and as a native I enjoy the dishes they offer, but many specials & new dishes can be introduced. Overall, the people behind the place do their best to offer this nice vegan restaurant & cocktail bar experience. Their gin cocktails were great, I must say!
The vegetarian cuisine is truly delightful, and the atmosphere was great. It's best suited for a light meal, considering the slightly higher prices. The restaurant is open on Saturdays, and there are numerous nearby attractions to explore.
Simple place that wants to be hypster but is nothing special. Food is nice but portions way too small and there is not much option on the menú. Vegetarian dishes. Chips, eggplants and gnocchi were nice, while the prices too high for what you eat. We ended up eating again somewhere else because we were still hungry. Service was polite
