We love Porter and Sons. The food and atmosphere are very nice. The service is good. The unique differentiator of Porter and sons is the huge selection of beer. They offer to taste before you order. The place is recommended both for a night out at as a pub, and a place for lunch.

Wonderful beer selection, central location with plenty of parking lots around, a great place for a night out with friends. Service is great, the waiters were lovely and extremely helpful. The food is super delicious. I asked for a medium cooked burger and it was perfectly made. Despite my dietary restrictions (no-gluten and no-sugar) there were enough options for me on the menu. There are various side dishes which are also great, nicely served and fit the main course to satisfy all texture desires. Will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely evening. :)

This is one of my favorite pubs in Tel Aviv and Israel altogether! The hall is big; The atmosphere is somewhat relaxing even when the place is crowded; The music is nice and integrates well into the general atmosphere. There is a wide selection of beers, both draft and bottled. It's quite rare to find such diverse selection in an Israeli pub. Regarding the food - Although the food selection is not as wide as the beers', there are a few dishes which have been served for a long time and you always want to come back for them: The House Sausages, The Spare Ribs and of course The Sainte-Maure Hamburger which is a true delight! Lately, the place has been offering monthly special themed menus, which diversifies the food selection even more! The Smokehouse, which operates between 12:00 and 17:00, offers a nice variety of smoked meats that will suite (almost) everyone's taste.

Great choice of tap and bottle beers. I think they have the biggest selection of beers in Tel Aviv. Great food. The service is professional and friendly. Will definitely come back.

One of the Worst Dining Experiences I've Ever Had We booked our table early to ensure a smooth birthday dinner and to feed my 1.5-year-old granddaughter on time. What followed was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. Despite being seated in a completely empty private room with 4 or 5 vacant tables, things fell apart quickly. Drinks and starters arrived promptly, and we thought we were in good hands. We were wrong. After 40 minutes, with no sign of our mains, I asked—politely—what the delay was. I received a feeble excuse about “pressure in the kitchen” despite the restaurant being at 50% capacity at best. Eventually, everyone’s meal arrived—except mine. My steak took another 20 minutes, and when it finally landed on the table, it was ice cold, along with a congealed, equally cold pepper sauce. I sent it back. By this point, everyone had finished their meal—except me. The replacement steak arrived another 15 minutes later, and shockingly, it was once again cold. As was the sauce. Again. I complained—bitterly—and the manager could only shrug and offer another useless excuse: “I have no control over the kitchen.” Absolutely pathetic. This place is a masterclass in indifference. The service is appalling, the kitchen utterly incompetent, and the management is spineless. A birthday dinner ruined, a toddler left waiting, and a guest (me) left hungry and infuriated. Avoid this restaurant like the plague. They clearly do not care about their customers—or their food.
