Just wow. This place is part of the Driscoll hotel which is a Relais & Chateaux establishment. Relais & Chateaux have very rigorous requirements for their member establishments: impeccable service; impeccable hospitality, impeccable food (a lot of their France-based restaurants are michelin starred for instance). This place meets all the requirements and beyond. The space itself is gorgeous and every detail is tasteful, inside and out. Every dish was original and perfectly prepared - a joy. Cocktails were delicious. Service was discreet yet attentive; professional yet friendly - every staff member made us feel welcome and was genuinely happy to host us. The manager leads the way by being extremely on top of things, noticing everything and addressing it before you even thought to complain. Would recommend wholeheartedly. A perfect place to celebrate or just treat yourself. Enjoy 😊
One of the best restaurants in Israel. Every single dish has its own unique interpretation and style. Clever play with flavors and textures. The service is professional and the overall experience is fantastic.
I heard so much about this restaurant and expected more. Waiters were getting the orders wrong and forgetting things; food was expensive and meat was great but some of the other dishes and deserts were average. Sea tartar was so full of coriander that killed all other taste, and it was not even mentioned in the ingredients. Atmosphere was ok but also more on the basic side. Lack of attention to details or creating exclusive experience.
Starting with the service, we were served by Nikki who was exceptional. Explained everything to the last detail, and took care of everything we needed. The food was incredible, unique combinations and flavor bombs. Honestly I don't have a specific recommendation, just order a couple of each section. This was a great experience and we will definitely come back.
The new chef is making very good dishes, the atmosphere is great. Beef tartare comes with a very thin potato chips which is to my taste too salty and this make a moth numb to the tartare taste, shame but yet it is a very good dish. The new version of a crab pasta is very good too but the previous version was more creamy and tasted better, also I’m not sure about the black caviar, it didn’t taste like an actual caviar and again the dish is a bit high on a salt so the “caviar” is for the decoration purposes only I guess.
