Ambrosia Rooftop Restaurant & Bar

Our second trip to Rome.. the food here is to die for. The service was equally as enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful.. Not only is it delicious, but it beautiful! The M- Martini is the best.. A tribute to the manager’s mother! He did it right!!!!

The Ambrosia restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Everything from the view, the cocktails, the food, and the service! This very well may have been the most incredible meal we had in Rome. The chef puts a very unique twist of local flavors near and far which truly elevated the meal and exceeded our expectations. The wait staff was attentive and pleasant and they even brought out some complimentary appetizers for my wife and I to try (unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of them but man was it delicious). When trying to compare the quality and experience we had at the Ambrosia restaurant, it’s right up there with the Michelin grade restaurants we have dined at in the past. Big praise from us and well deserved. If you are in Rome, you have got to check this restaurant out.

Amazing tasting dinner with an unbelievable view and very friendly staff. We made our reservation on their website and their team was very helpful with our changes before our dinner. Once we arrived everything was ready including the setting sun which is quite an experience looking over the rooftops of Rome. The food was very inventive and had great flavor. My favorite was the torch on the bacon fat on top of the prawn! So fun!!!

Wow, wow, WOWWW! From the ambiance of the rooftop seating to the quality and presentation of the food, just amazing. The icing on the cake is the absolute phenomenal service! The entire staff from front to back was just magical. (They all speak fluent English if that’s important to you!). Make the reservation, you won’t regret it! (Order the 5 Course Meal with the wine pairing , it was a fantastic experience!)

We had a great dinner at Ambrosia Rooftop Dining. The lamb and bronzino were real standouts. The desserts were excellent as well. Drinks were definitely solid. Would highly recommend. One of the best meals we had in Italy on this trip!
