The pasta and the tiramisu are amazing as expected (as a lot of reviewers already mentioned). The decoration is really cute and cozy. But if I can give 6 stars for the service I would have done so! Our waiter- Alexandro is so nice to us, which made our experience was so pleasant. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Roma!

We had a wonderful experience here tonight. Despite a long queue (with 16 people ahead of us), the table turnover was surprisingly fast, and we didn’t wait long at all. The service was very good and the guys had a lot of attention to detail. Our waiter, Daniel, gave very honest recommendations and was constantly checking on us throughout the meal. The atmosphere was lively, and it’s clear why this place is such a popular spot. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic and well-served Italian cuisine! 06DA25

Had a great meal at Osteria da Fortunata! Our waiter Mimmo recommended the Gnocchi with oxtail and tiramisu which were both fantastic. We also tried the tonarello gricia, lamb, zucchini flower, carozza (fried mozzarella with anchovies), and chicory which are Roman specialties. Highly recommend the Primitivo wine!

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I have to say — the carbonara was absolutely delicious. Perfectly creamy with just the right balance of richness and savory depth, each bite felt like comfort and elegance rolled into one. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the pancetta added a wonderful smoky bite that tied the dish together beautifully. To complement the meal, the wine selection was impressive. The pairing recommendation from the staff elevated the entire experience — smooth, aromatic, and perfectly matched to the flavors of the carbonara. What truly made the evening unforgettable, though, was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. They took the time to explain the menu and made sure we felt taken care of throughout.

This places is over-hyped. We went here with high hopes, but left with disappointment. The pastas were great, but not the best we have had in town. It is for sure Fresh pasta, that you can taste. But the sauces were not one of a kind. Also the prices are a bit more expensive than other places. We were seated right in the entrance, even tho we kindly requested another seating - we got turned down. The waiters had no eyecontact and were to stressed. What we hoped to be a cozy night out, ended up with me getting bumped into constantly (back of my chair) and us sitting in a very loud setting. We didn’t enjoy it - we just ate our food quietly and left as soon as possible. Not recommended for at romantic or cozy evening.
