Taverna del Seminario

We were looking for a place where we could have authentic Italian pizza. We found it and were not disappointed. Their thin and spicy sauce was delicious. Besides pizza they also offer pasta in different styles. We tried one with pesto and another with tomato sauce. The Caesar’s salad was perfect. And for dessert we tried the tiramisu. The service was fast. The waiters were courteous and excellent service attitude. The prices are reasonable despite the fact they are just half a block from the Pantheon. Highly recommended.

A cool little place with nice seating and pretty good food. The ravioli with spinach in tomato sauce is a winner and was done so well. Had the grilled octopus with mashed potato but they cab it something pie. They charge per head EUR1.5 for water, bread , so no need to order any still or sparkling , just ask for tap.

Unfortunately I couldn’t take any picture of the food, but it was so good! They quickly accommodated us no problem, we are 8. We ordered diavola pizza, margarita pizza, polpette Della nonna and I added pasta, maccheroni alla carbonara, pesto pasta, polpo arrosto, and bistecca di manzo, for dessert tiramisu and fruit salad. For being a very touristic place next to el Pantheon, the food is really really good! 💯 recommended

Affordable, fast service, friendly staff, & true Roman cuisine. Did not disappoint. One of the less commercial restaurants you can eat in around Pantheon.

Overall, nice restaurant right next to Pantheon. Does not have the people to lure you in, we got a table for two as we came. Service was good, it got busier later in the evening, but it did not bother us. We got a cute little table in the corner. I had carbonara, which was delicious and the best part we were given a box of Parmesan to add more if we wanted. Atmosphere was nice, liked the decor and enjoyed the food. When I go back to Rome, I will go back.
