Amazing Service... amazing food and amazing location!! The food was sooo good and the pizza very authentic ... the price was very good and I would highly recommend!!! The waiter was very friendly and funny and spoke Italian, english and Spanish!.. I can see why it is well rated! It is walking distance from the fountain (Trevi) and so you will be able to relax and enjoy the food after your tour! Enjoy!!

It was a great discovery, being so close to the Trevi Fountain… the prices are in line with other restaurants in Italy… Coperto was €1.50 (I don't like paying that much, but you have to adapt…) We tried lasagna, pizza, and calzone… everything was delicious… Totally recommendable!! Although the bill was almost €60, we only ate one dish each… and there were 4 of us…

Excellent food, including an outstanding carbonara, and warm, welcoming service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Valentino, who instantly made me feel at home. His attention to detail ensured everything was perfect. Prices are very reasonable—don’t hesitate to go!

Review title: A weak experience and an unpleasant surprise at the end We visited the restaurant Mangia Etrevi during our stay in Rome, but unfortunately I have to say that it disappointed us. The coffee was really weak and we didn't like it. The roast was completely tasteless, as if they had forgotten to salt it or season it in any way. The croissant was okay, but nothing exceptional, rather average. The biggest problem, however, was the payment. We paid 13€ for a portion of scrambled eggs with four pieces of bacon, and we didn't even get a pastry to go with it. It was only when we were paying that we learned that they also charge a service charge of €1.50 per person, which we didn't see clearly marked on the menu. Overall poor value for money and an unpleasant surprise on top of that. We will definitely not be returning to this restaurant, nor do we recommend it.

Maybe the lunch and dinner menu will be better. For what the prices are for the breakfast menu, the meal was largely disappointing. We had the pistachio croissant and scrambled eggs for breakfast alongside a hot chocolate and cappucino. The coffee itself was good, and the scrambled eggs were quite nice as well. That said the price for the eggs was 13 euros and prices are not listed for any items in the breakfast menu. Cappucino was 3.5, and hot chocolate 5.5. Out of all the items, only the cappucino and croissant seemed fairly priced. Other items were by all means far more expensive compared to value, possibly due to the close location to the trevi fountain. I would steer absolutely clear from the croissants and hot chocolate since unless you really REALLY like sugar, as both items were very sweet, essentially coated with sugar. We paid 30 euros for a 29.5 bill and were not returned the tip as well. While we intended to give the change as tip anyway, having it forced on left a sour taste.
