KUNGFU EXPRESS

This is a hidden gem!! The service and food was amazing. From the moment we entered it was a great experience. The owner sat us and began talking to us as if we were old friends. It was so hard to order as everything looked yummy on the menu. We started with both chicken and pork dumplings, amazing. Then I had number#28 chicken with Chinese noodles and the wife had the Udon with chicken which was also great tasting.

Best Chinese fusion restaurant near Vatican area! Papa Leo has been there 3 times before being elected as pope as per the owner. Very friendly atmosphere. Food is good. I personally like the fried rice with prawns.

After a long day exploring Vatican City, we came across Kungfu Express, and it was such a comforting discovery! As Asians traveling in Europe, we had been craving something that reminded us of home — and this place delivered. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. What made the experience even better was the incredibly friendly staff who made us feel so welcome. If you’re looking for tasty Asian food and warm hospitality in Rome, this is the spot. Would definitely come back!

The best place to go to after a long day of exploring the Vatican. Super tasty food, friendly and accommodating staff, great atmosphere. Pope Leo has eaten here 3 times already and I don’t blame him! I am already a repeat costumer, and still can’t wait to come again! 5 stars

Kungfu Express is such a great find near the Vatican! The food is absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. It’s the perfect spot if you’re craving something delicious after exploring the area. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Rome!
