What an absolutely wonderful, sustainable concept. “Saving the world one bite at a time.” The food was delicious, fresh, and satisfying even for my non-vegetarian husband. He makes sourdough bread at home and was very impressed with theirs. Their rotating menu based on seasonality and diverse creations is consistently excellent. Highly recommend for a healthy, plant-based and affordable lunch at a place with friendly staff and an important purpose. P.s. coffee and water included with your meal.

Awesome little joint for veggies and vegans. Clean and well decorated. The service is just mega awesome. Very accommodating and water spoke french for us. I actually bought a water bottle from there as I just wanted to remember it.

Lovely service and yummy food! It was enough to have a main course and appetizer for 13€ each 🌱

I can't believe i'm giving 5 stars to a fast food. But can we really call it that? I Liked the food I Like the concept The people were nice. They even have a bookshelf with reference books for those interested. Like in France, tapwater at will. -> go and try this place. Vegetarian place with seasonal products, with a strong eco-based reasoning. Though a few things were single use (paper-packed cutlery, bag around the (nice) bread, I dunno to which level of use disposable cellulose plates become less environmentally interesting than classic plates/cups. 'Could be nice to display somewhere if you made the calculation) Edit: they did, see answer!
