Akim - I had a fantastic experience here, largely thanks to the waiter. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, offering excellent recommendations that perfectly suited my tastes. The service was prompt and attentive without being intrusive. He was genuinely a super smart and skilled waiter

The best aperitivo in Milano, with top-quality meat and cheese options. The Tuscan board for three is usually enough for four, unless you’re starving. Pair it with a nice wine or their special beer, Ichnusa. We didn’t need a reservation on a Thursday evening, but you might on weekends.

Sandwiches Worth the Hype – A Perfect Milanese Takeaway During a recent trip to Milan, I stopped by La Prosciutteria Brera looking for a quick but quality bite to take away and it absolutely delivered. This spot is bursting with charm and packed with seriously good ingredients. I picked up sandwiches for three of us, and each one was a hit. I think, if I was to go again, I’d happily sit inside or outside this charming little place with a drink in hand. The “Da Nord a Sud” was a standout—herb-roasted prosciutto cotto paired with creamy stracciatella, sautéed friarielli, and roasted potatoes. It was a full-on flavor journey, rich and comforting with just the right balance of freshness and indulgence. The “Modella per un Giorno” felt like Milan in sandwich form: tender roast beef, peppery rocket, generous flakes of aged Grana, and a touch of creamy lizzone with a crack of black pepper. Elegant, bold, and beautifully put together. Everything was neatly wrapped and easy to take on the go, perfect for enjoying in a nearby piazza or park. If you’re in Milan and want a sandwich that’s anything but ordinary, La Prosciutteria Brera is a must. Delicious, generous, and full of personality just like the city itself…. I will be back!

The staff were friendly. The food tasted great, and a decent portion size. Definitely worth a visit
