At La Rinascente Rooftop, we enjoyed excellent desserts and great drinks, all while taking in a stunning view of Milan. The staff were very friendly – happily recommending menu items and creating a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. A place worth visiting if you want to combine great flavors with an exceptional view.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful view, cheerful stuff, not too busy as other restaurants with the view to Duomo you have to wait in the line. Special thanks to the tasty bonuses to a drink.

Great restaurant with a beautiful view of the Duomo — definitely worth a visit while in Milan. The atmosphere is lovely and the food is quite good. It’s a popular spot, so expect a bit of a wait during busy hours.

We stopped by La Rinascente Rooftop for a quick Aperol and honestly, the view alone makes it worth the visit. Sitting right next to the Duomo, it’s one of those spots that really captures the magic of Milan. We were lucky and got a table within five minutes, but not long after, a long line started forming—so timing is everything. The vibe is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. Drinks are definitely pricey compared to other bars in Milan, but it feels like you’re paying for the postcard-perfect view, and in that sense, it delivers. If you’re in town and want to treat yourself to a drink with a view, this place won’t disappoint. Just be prepared for the wait and the prices—both are part of the experience.

Bad view – not as impressive as expected. I ordered one regular Americano and specifically asked for the other one with ice cubes. As shown in the photo, they brought the ice cubes in a separate glass instead of serving it as iced coffee. I came here for breakfast, but overall the experience was very disappointing – both the food and the service didn’t meet the standard, especially considering the high price (around €40–50 per person).
