Natural Break

During our trip to Italy, we started missing fresh, natural food and finding Natural Break was such a highlight! The food is absolutely delicious, healthy, super flavorful, and made with so much care. Everything tasted super fresh and satisfying. The juice was absolutely delicious too, refreshing and packed with flavor. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We left feeling happy, nourished, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend!

During our trip to Milan, we decided to check out this spot, and it turned out to be a wonderful break from the usual. The food was outstanding and incredibly fresh! The customer service was fantastic, and we really appreciated the quality of the ingredients.

Such a beautiful experience, wow. It’s quite a crowded place at times, but no matter the crowd, it’s so, so well organized. The staff is instant with the food and beverages, and there’s such a nice family atmosphere. They speak English communication is super friendly, polite, and efficient. If you’re alone, please keep in mind to sit at a 1-person table so that there’s space for groups, as they have a lot of people coming. They are so respectful and kind. And now to the food, OH MY GOD! From the quiche to the prosciutto, it’s all so tasty, light, and non-bloating, gluten-free and healthy. So, so, sooooo healthy. It’s ideal for someone who wants a nice, refreshing dish away from all the pizza that’s everywhere. They also offer pasta, chicken, and many other dishes. This is not just a small brunch place/restaurant, it’s also a store with fresh dairy products, fruits, veggies, dried foods, homemade pasta, and more. All in all, such a beautiful experience! Small place to have some healthy food. Very friendly people work there. We had twice lunch there and very tasty salads. Good prices. Their avocados were very good. 😋

Shop that not only sells fresh products, but has also a small selection of fresh dishes ar lunch. You can either take them with you and heat them at home or eat there and have them heated at the store. With „cuperto“ a plate as shown on the picture is 15€. This is not cheap, but tue food is homemade and fresh.
