Asian Bistrot

I really enjoyed the food here. The fried rice at 6 euros was the main highlight. It was so good. I would be happy if I had this dish back in Asia as well. The mapo tofu was also nice. Definitely would be my revisit Asian restaurant if I'm in Milan again.

After dining here, I can see that the high ratings are likely due to the affordable prices and nice atmosphere. However, the food itself was quite average. The salt and pepper pork ribs were coated in too much batter, making them very hard, and the Sichuan style spicy chicken was prepared in an unusual way—it was quite pale, with very few chili peppers but lots of bay leaves. When it came time to pay, the owner brought the card machine but entered an amount €6 higher than what was on the receipt. I caught the mistake and had it corrected. It may have been an honest error, but I’d recommend double-checking the total when paying by card.

The food was excellent, the combination of curry rice and beef with ginger was really delicious. Generous portions with plenty of meat, everything well cooked. Friendly service and nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend and I’ll be happy to come back :)

We stumbled upon this place, but it was a great find. The food was quite flavorful and very affordable. I would return again.

We tried chicken curry rice with Mapo Tofu, spicy cucumber and Schezwan Dumplings on the side. Everything was very yummy specially the pork dumplings were to die for! The service is fast and friendly. Would recommend for sure.
