Beautiful restaurant. Superb service - attentive but not cloying (thank you Christian!). Very good wine selection. Excellent menu. The food was very tasty and well presented. I had the ribs cooked at a 'low temperature' - and they were some of the best I've ever had. Everyone enjoyed their meals! Too full for dessert unfortunately. Highly recommend.

The staff is knowledgeable about gluten free food and cross contamination and they prepared some gluten free fries for us. We had the tomahawk (1,2kg) which was amazing if a bit scarce for the 4 of us for our sons eat quite a lot. We then ordered some picaña which was also really nice. The sides are good but the fries are only small plates for one person so keep that in mind when ordering. The corn on the cob was good too and we ordered some grilled veggies which were ok. Service a bit slow.

We went in without booking but waiting in the entrance with no staff noticing you were there. Got a table for two, ordered a started, wine and the first waiter was welcoming and fun, female waiter/ manager was very warm, but the other staff were impersonal, our starter arrived, very nice, but later one main arrived and the staff member put the plate on the table without asking if the starter was finished, and started to walk away, told him we were finished and he could take them but it didn’t really sink in. Need cheek and mash, cold plate, cold mash and like warm beef, but tasty, my fillet was unreal, probably one of the best I’ve had. In all honesty, this place could be great but the staff need a serious change in attitude to recognise that the customers need good service. I saw the same guy who was throwing our plates down doing the same to another table, he was gone before the plate settled on the table. Warm plates and better service and this place will be the one to beat.

I dined at this restaurant yesterday and would like to share my experience. Firstly, after being seated by server A, I was asked if I wanted water. I requested tap water, but he informed me they only had still water. I agreed, but he never returned. The server who took my order was a very kind lady who recommended delicious dishes. After my cocktail was served, the table started shaking for some unknown reason, causing the drink to spill everywhere. Server B used my napkin to wipe the table and claimed he would bring me a new one, but he then disappeared just like server A. While I was enjoying my cocktail, server C abruptly placed a basket of bread on my table and walked away without a word. The food was excellent, but unfortunately, the sweet potato fries I wanted were missing from my order. I assumed they might have forgotten due to how busy they were, and I usually prefer not to cause trouble. Halfway through my steak, I realized there was no salt, black pepper, or olive oil on the table. While I was unsure what to do, I got some sauce on my hands and noticed I had no napkins. At this point, I was truly upset. I am generally not a picky person, but the treatment I received felt disrespectful. Eventually, I had to seek help from the lady who took my order earlier. She was very polite and did everything she could to make up for the issues. I truly appreciate her efforts. It seemed like all the other Italian male servers were avoiding me. The food was delicious, though the bread served with the bone marrow was completely burnt, so I could only take a small bite out of respect for the dish. If you are a native Italian or a white European, I would highly recommend this restaurant, as you might receive a warm and welcoming experience. The difference in treatment between my table and the others was quite noticeable. I don’t want to summarize my overall experience because, even four hours later at 3 a.m., I still cannot accept how I was treated during my first visit to Italy. 不会说意大利语的亚裔快跑！！！

Among the best restaurants in Venice/Italy hands down. Just a bit pricier but certainly worth it. It's the total package. Great food. Great ambience. Extremely clean and modern. Very nice people.
