Friendly efficient service with excellent food and drink. We had a panino with mortadella and one with ciccioli (which is the name Bolognesi use for coppa) and both were superb. The two large rolls and two generous Aperol Spritz cost us €22.50, which we considered great value. We sat in a 'food hall' high table atmosphere which encourages you to mingle and chat.
This little place at the Mercatto del Mezzo is a hidden gem. They have a variety of tagliere of cheese and meats. The best of all is that they will customize if you ask! We asked for the tagliere of prosciutto, mortadela and cheese for 1 person. It is a well served platter that served 2 well. The beer comes very cold and they have a good selection of soft drinks. Wine is also available. There are tables around the center of the market, that makes it a very good place to eat.
This is the best what you can eat for 7€! Delicious, fresh, we were in Bologna for 4 days and we have visit them twice.
Excellent piadinas - I had the one with mortadella and Squacquerone cheese.
We had the prosciutto with mozzarella sandwich. It was very tasty. The service was great and fast. We did not need to wait much. There really is no line when ordering you just crowd around s the counter and order. It is a small stall in an ally next to a bunch of other stalls.
