Uno Caffé Olistico

I had a fantastic lentil crepe with local veggies, as a gluten sensitive person I really appreciated the creativity of Uno Caffé Olistico, it's not everyday you can find a place that offers such an unique GF meal option. The combination of red cabbage and mushrooms was fantastic! On the other hand I also had a GF vegan cheesecake which was on the other hand quite disappointing and pretty much flavourless... I should've ordered a different dessert.

Really bad experience. 1. It was really hot inside and the air conditioning was turned off 2. The quanitity was very small 3. The service was extremely slow. We wanted dessert but as the waiters were ignoring us, we could not even try it 4. The drinks took so much time. 4/5 were bottled drinks 5. The hotdog in the menu was 10€, but they made us pay 11€ 6. The bathroom was super dirty with paper on the ground 7. Hotdog was really bad 8. Lemon with water is not lemonade, it needs at least one hour of cooling

They have vegan tiramisu! That's all you need to know! And it's delicious. Very tasty coffee also. And shout out to the lady serving us who played along pretending there's no vegan cakes so I could surprise my husband with the vegan tiramisu when it arrived with our coffees. He had no idea we were in cahoots and it was a really sweet moment for him. The place offers a large selection of other vegan options but we haven't had a chance to try but would definitely go back.

We arrived a little late for lunch but the staff was nice to prepare our food even though kitchen was almost closed. I had the best vegan Ragu 🍝🤩 The food is freshly prepared and delicious! Service was very friendly as well ☺️

Absolutely happy to have a great healthy meal in Bologna! The smoothies were delicious, I tried two and it was very nice. The banana bread was also very tasty. Just not enough staff to serve people, it took longer than 20' to get the juice, but worth waiting.
