La Rimessa

Having been here twice in as many days (dinner and lunch) I can honestly say you're missing out if you visit Bologna and don't eat here. The food is impeccable; classic cuisine of the area executed perfectly. The wine served is delicious, a perfect accompaniment to the food. Further to this, the hosts couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Just had an amazing experience at [La Rimessa]! 🍽️ The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they put care into every dish. From start to finish, everything was spot on! What made it even better was the service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They really made us feel at home and taken care of. It’s not every day you find a place that gets both the food and the hospitality just right. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great meal and warm atmosphere! 🙌✨

We started with a caprese salad and that’s when I got worried. The tomatoes were not up to Italy standards. We then shared a tortelloni with pesto. The pasta was tough and undercooked. I like al dente pasta, but this was different. I had a steak with a salad which was very good, my wife had the eggplant parm which came out half hot and hot cold( probably microwaved?). The server suggested delicious wine. Adequate but just not up to Italy standards.

We discovered La Rimessa thanks to the excellent Google reviews, and it truly lived up to the hype! Everything was amazing: the food is authentic and full of flavors, and the team clearly puts a lot of effort into sourcing local products. we had the All the pasta is homemade and absolutely delicious, and the charcuterie is outstanding. It was so good we even ordered an extra lasagna plate to test it before the deserts. Don’t skip dessert either- they are just as delightful! The staff is warm and welcoming, going out of their way to make you feel at home. You can really taste and feel that everything here is made with love. Highly recommended!

Delicious authentic bolognese food. Very friendly and welcoming and can't wait to go back.
