Pasto Nomade

My second home! Even though not in the city center I enjoy the walk till there. I am always welcomed with the best energize and the food is always exactly what I need to feel strong and healthy!! Also their events focused on highlighting and diversity of food cultures is an example to follow when it comes to innovation and diversity

Travelling in Italy can be very difficult for the lactose intolerant. Pasto Nomade offered many vegan option that were absolutely lovely. I went to Pasto Nomade for dinner on my recent trip to Bologna, and I could not recommend the Gnocchi I had enough. Every bite was so full of flavour. I also love Pasto Nomade's dedication to sustainability. There was not a single-use plastic to be seen. Even though Pasto Nomade is a bit further away from the historical city centre, I would say it is well worth the trip.

I cannot praise this place enough for many reasons 🙏🏻 food is good as one of the cooker has more than 25 years experience in vegetarian cooking. The ambiance and concept with this doppio are very appealing. For being eco-friendly and sustainability, i have conducting interviews with many of dining places, and Pasto Nomad might be one the best I have seen ever! There is almost no plastic usage and food waste, the owner told me that if they have leftovers they share the food those who needed. They are part of a local association so that they source their ingredients mostly local farmers, etc. Besides fair trade, I also want to mention about fair work environment… you will see diversity in terms of race and religious and lt engendered happiness 🩵

I almost don't want to give a review since then it will get too busy! Great food, all vegetarian and vegan dishes are inspired, nothing bland. Waiting time was a little long but they were probably quite busy in the kitchen. Reasonable prices. Best vegetarian/vegan place in Bologna for me.

Amazing food, no coordination in food delivery/service. Way too many mosquitos! Would be nice to play some chill music. Overpriced.
