one of my favorite Japan restaurant I ever tried. the owner is Japanese which means the food is authentic and indeed delicious. the service was very kind and polite plus the atmosphere very quite and lovely. I went there early without reservation so luckily i was able to dine in. in the Teishoku you can fina one miso soup, one rice bowl which u can ask for extra, two side dish and the main course which you can pick from the menu. I would say it’s a little bit pricy but for the quality you get it’s worth to try out. the location is small so in case you are in many people is better to make reservation maybe. I highly recommend u to try it out if u want to find an authentic Japanese restaurant with high quality food
What a great experience! Didn’t expect it to be owned by Japanese! The Japanese community is not really strong in Bologna, what a surprise to have found this little spot! The food is really home style, with great fried chicken and pork over rice dishes. The udon was extremely special! Overall really tasty! What a nice place to get some real Japanese food!
Surprisingly, unexpectedly good for landlocked Bologna. It hits the spot. Japanese owned. A limited selection of fish, but it's thoughtfully prepared. Rice is average for chirashi but better in rolls. Good, multilingual service also. And a nice assortment of Japanese alcohol. Well worth the short walk if you're attending an event at Bologna Fiera. Reserve ahead for busy nights.
Yuzuya is right behind the central railway station in a district which might very well be the most multiracial one in town. When weather allows you can pick an outside seat, careful though as Italians seem to still enjoy smoking a lot 🤭. Sitting inside is Imho your best bet. Chairs are uncomfortable after some time, you’re warned. Moving to the dishes: it’s undoubtedly good 👍. We have been welcomed with some plum wine and more. In the pics you can see a kaisen special gozen and a sake yuan gozen, never tried before and really enjoyable. The miso was gorgeous too, a staple with any gozen you order. The service is fine, not overly present as it happens in US i.e. but that has come to an extreme in my case, with very large intervals between orders. This is a good choice if you want to try some uncommon Japanese dishes neatly served in a relaxed atmosphere.
We had our dinner here. Came to this place after checking the restaurant’s reviews on Google Map. And we are grateful we found this place using Google Map. Food was pretty authentic Japanese. Highly recommend it!
