No wonder it’s always busy—people know how good it is! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, even when the line is long. They manage the crowd with a smile and make you feel welcome. Just keep in mind: there aren’t many places to sit, so it’s more of a grab-and-go spot or quick stop. The toilet is not the cleanest, but it’s okay for a place this crowded. Overall, if you care about taste more than comfort, this place is 100% worth it. I’ll definitely come back!

Always a line, but service is quick. No sitting. You buy , you eat there standing around. Or take it to go. There’s Italian menu on the wall and you can download English menu from QR code right underneath it. Choose your sandwich carefully because they don’t do any changes . Prices are doable Bread is amazing they bacon it right there . Pay attention on sources in Sandwich because they put a lot of of it. Enjoy

These sandwiches are simply incredible. The best I've ever had in my life! It's very well famous and there's a long waiting line, but the staff is very quick to serve you and it's worth waiting for these magnificent sandwiches. I want to come back here. I highly recommend it!

Incredibly delicious and fresh sandwiches genuinely the best I've ever had and I'm not usually a fan of sandwiches. The pistachio one was divine, the pistachio pesto was amazing and if I had time would have gone back to try more as there are so many options to choose from!! The bread is also so fresh you can see the staff carrying it to the shop and it's also warm!!! This is clearly a very popular place for good reason and they have very cleverly opened 3 stores so that wait times are very short. We also ordered one of the truffle ones and it is definitely very potent..

Delicious sandwiches served here! Small space with barstools against the walls… they seem to have expanded into the stores next-door and across the tiny street. A few drinks available in the self-serve refrigerator. Definitely have a look at the menu online before you get here because there are many options.
