A fantastic new addition to the Florence dining scene! Although the restaurant itself is relatively new, the chefs and our server brought a wealth of experience from their previous establishment—and it truly shows. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and warm service stood out. We ordered the Florentine-style steak (a generous 1.4kg) which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Alongside it, we enjoyed beautifully crafted pasta dishes and a selection of appetizers—all of which were top-notch in both quality and presentation. The wine selection was excellent and paired perfectly with our meal. It's clear that this team knows what they're doing, and they're passionate about creating a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Florence. A true gem!
My 1st meal in Florence and have to say, this place is definitely a hidden gem 🥹 I had the Florentine steak and the cheesecake- food was 10/5. The photos don’t lie! I dined solo and felt so well taken care of. Great food, good vibes all round. Highly recommend 🙂 Grazie mille!
Lovely staff, super funny with character. Generous portions and great tasting food. Went for a long lunch after a big day of shopping. Just outside of the madness of Florence city center. Do not eat in the main square come out here and enjoy a lovely meal in a way better ambiance.
The deconstructed burger was amazing. I was looking for something different from pasta and pizza. But I ended up getting a small pasta plate and it was prepared perfectly. It tasted so good and fresh. The deconstructed burger was perfect by American standards.
First night in Tuscany, and this was a phenomenal start. The chianti was excellent, the fillet was wonderful, and the dessert recommended even better. I've been to New York several times, and I always look forward to the espresso there, but no surprise, Firenze - and this Bistrot - have handily beaten it. Service was delightful. Even with my broken Italian, the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating. Adam in particular was lovely. I went alone, so he was wonderful company, was totally willing to humor my mediocre Italian, and gave me an excellent dessert recommendation. Could not recommend more.
