Ristorante dei Rossi Ponte Vecchio

We had such a great dinner at Ristorante dei Rossi in Florence on our first night in town. The staff made us feel right at home. We were a group of nine which sometimes isn’t easy to accommodate, and they were super helpful, making sure we had plenty of space and never felt rushed. The food was top-notch. The pasta was a highlight — all homemade and cooked perfectly al dente. We tried a few different dishes, like the pappardelle and the spaghetti, and every bite was packed with flavor. You could tell everything was made with fresh ingredients. We also ordered the Chianina steak for everyone to share, it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of that rich, deep flavor you can only get from really good quality beef. Honestly one of the best steaks we’ve had in Italy. Also comes with the black salt where you sprinkle on every bite. The whole atmosphere was relaxed. If you’re in Florence and want a memorable meal with great food and warm service, you definitely need to check this place out. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town.

Food was good. A bit salty. The pistachio dessert was amazing. Great atmosphere. The waiter kind of forced us to give a 5 star review giving us the QR code and clicked 5 stars on our phone. Made us wonder if that’s how the restaurant got an almost perfect review. Overall, I think it’s a fair 4.2-4.5 restaurant

Amazing steakhouse experience in Florence! They showed us the steak before cooking, which was a really nice touch and made the whole meal feel extra special. The service was fantastic — they explained everything so clearly and made us feel very welcome. The steak is an absolute must-try: juicy, tender, and full of flavor. We also had the tiramisu, which was delicious — very creamy and rich.

Good food, good service. Tbh it's the best T-bone steak I've ever had in my life! （it's medium rare) we come from China and Malaysia, the service was really nice and if you reserve a table from the fork.com will be given a discount. The only thing is that the outdoor seats were a bit hot in August:/ Will come back with my friend again definitely:)

What a remarkable experience! The best carpaccio I’ve ever had, a tender steak, and perfect vongole. The service was outstanding; the best I’ve had in a long time. We visited with our 1- and 3-year-old, and even the chef came out to say hello. I can’t recommend this place enough.
