From the moment we stepped inside, this restaurant felt magical. The walls are beautifully decorated and personalised, radiating authentic Italian culture and that unmistakable Florence charm. It doesn’t feel like just another eatery – it feels like stepping into a story. The food was unforgettable. The bistecca fiorentina was hands-down the best I’ve ever had – perfectly cooked, rich in flavour, and truly a dish to remember. The pasta was equally delicious, and the house wine paired perfectly with everything we ordered. But what really set this place apart wasn’t just the food – it was the service. After three weeks of travelling across Italy, this was the only restaurant where the staff actually smiled warmly. They were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home. If you’re in Florence and want the full experience – incredible food, authentic atmosphere, and service that makes you feel like family – this is the place. The Bistecca was to die for, weighed at the table and so soft and juicy. A great experience. Also had truffle ravioli which was gorgeous. Great wine selection, had a lovely bottle of Chianti. The restaurant its self is quaint, calm, well decorated and away from the busy centre. The owner and servers do everything they can to make the experience perfect. Thanks again guys!

Gorgeous Bistecca experience and very cozy and warm place. Bistecca is really top in town, steak itself i like this more than the one I had which is in list of 101. Manager and all stuffs very warm and friendly. Particularly, Farbi is the star of the restaurant, she is so helpful and professional on choosing steak, pairing wine. The Bistecca she recommended was perfect and wine she picked was perfectly paired with steak. We went back for a lunch right before we heading to airport. Thanks Farbi and all for two great dining experiences.

Well deserved five stars! We started with the burrata salad with its fresh truffles, flavorful tomatoes and of course the aged balsamico of the house. We continued our meal with the osso bucco and the sliced beef with porcini mushrooms. Everything was fantastic: tender textures, balanced flavors... The service was great and all of the staff were very pleasant.

Had a great experience at this restaurant, it’s just a few squares away from the Duomo which keeps you from the noise and the fuzz around that area. The bistecca is beautiful, they will weigh it in front of you and it’s like 3 or 4 fingers thick, perfectly cooked at your request. Good wine to pair the bistecca as well. We wanted to share the Ravioli and they served it in two separate dishes so it was easy. Tan was so kind and always willing to assist and pending if we had everything we needed. Excellent place to enjoy a real Firenze dinner. They have a hood relaxing area to sit at the back of the restaurant.
