Zero - Healthy Bar & Specialty Coffee - Napoli

Very delicious vegan food tucked away close to the cruise port of Napoli. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The vegan feast was very good and filling. The bao was just as good too. Was not a big fan of the chocolate chip protein cookie but was ok. I would definitely stop by again to eat here.

We visited Zero Healthy Bar in Naples and while the food was genuinely good—fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented—the overall experience was unfortunately let down by poor service. It was a hot day (around 30°C), and despite ordering our drinks before the food, we ended up finishing our meals before even receiving a simple bottle of water. The staff seemed disorganized, and our waiter repeatedly forgot parts of our order. In a place that emphasizes health and wellness, basic attentiveness—especially with hydration in such heat—should be a given. A bit more attention to customer service would really elevate the experience to match the quality of the food.

A bit pricey for Italy, but they offer table service, which is appreciated. The oat cappuccino was good and reasonably priced at €3.50. We didn’t enjoy the latte as much—it wasn’t really to our taste (presentation). As far as I noticed, you can actually work there with your laptop.

Love this place! I work on a cruise ship and come here every week. I love it so much that now that I am on vacation it’s the first place I wanted to have a meal. Valentina was my server and she has the BEST energy. I’ll see you again, Zero! (Gluten free options for those of you that need it)

If you’re looking for a spot that offers a healthy meal with fresh ingredients and some nice, original drinks, this is a great option. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The food is good — not the most exciting in terms of flavor, but you can tell they focus on health and balance.
