Everything was going well until the taglioni with mushrooms. While we were eating, we found a worm on our plate. When we reported it to the waitress, we were told it "came from the mushrooms," without any real explanation and, more importantly, without any apology. We were offered a replacement, but no one ever apologized, either at the time or afterward. An incident like this is very serious: whether it's a worm or a mushroom that wasn't cleaned properly, it inevitably raises questions about the care, hygiene, and quality of the kitchen. It's unacceptable to dismiss it by saying "it can happen." We weren't asking for anything special, just a modicum of professionalism and a sincere apology. These didn't arrive. The rest of the service was also disappointing and gives the impression of inexperienced management. I'm writing this review to inform future customers, especially at a time when restaurants are busy and people are looking for good food. A real shame: with a little more care and attention, the experience would have been completely different.

Typical Piedmontese menu, not extensive but very good quality and generous portions. Good wine list. The main drawback was the service, which was incredibly slow. However, the staff were very kind and did their best. We were a group of 12 with a pre-booked table in a private room, and I'm not sure why everything took so long. However, I would definitely go back and give it another try.

A great experience in the heart of Asti! Warm and friendly staff, elegant decor and great food! We had the plin pasta and the faraona (guinea fowl) glazed in honey which were exquisite! Don’t miss out on the chocolate mousse as a dessert- rich, creamy and a pure chocolate delight.
