Gentili, Roman cuisine. Elegant restaurant. Delicious risotto with creamed zucchini, melted cheese, zucchini chips, and shrimp tartare.
A pleasant, quiet place to spend a peaceful evening, a valuable experience of Roman gastronomy, exquisite, well-prepared food.
We liked it a lot! Good food, nice place, funny 90s music in the background and great service. And yes it is as Roma as it can get.
Restaurant with the typical flavors of Roman cuisine in a welcoming and modern environment. The menu alternates genuine dishes such as the simple but very rich cutting board with an excellent porchetta and a generous amount of cheese (easy to share and nibble for a table of two or four people) and the unmissable classics: amatriciana, cacio e pepe, gricia and carbonara, to more innovative dishes that do not forget the regional typicality. And then we find the classic or seafood supplì, the savory maritozzo, the taste of broad beans and pecorino and the cacio e pepe cream that dominates in various dishes. And, to conclude, some classics such as tiramisu but above all the awaited maritozzo. For my tastes, even less cream would have been enough in the strawberries 🍓 We found the portions generous 😊 and the prices honest. The staff is truly attentive and thoughtful, also ready to advise and always available.
Lunch in the center of Asti but if you close your eyes you are in the center of Rome, background music from fraschetta, and Roman food well cooked and well served, kind and very attentive and knowledgeable staff, friendly and makes you feel at home. I tasted various dishes from the carbonara, one of the best I've ever eaten, to the tripe, the artichoke and the saltimbocca, and finally the Maritozzo. Personally, my daughter's amatriciana wasn't as excellent as the other dishes, a note of onion and smoke (I think pancetta), was out of place on the plate, but I repeat, personal taste. We will definitely be back to enjoy the other dishes
