We chose this restaurant because of its outstanding reviews, which are completely justified. Every dish was fresh, creative, and delicious with flavors that delight the palate. Great vegetarian, vegan, gluten-fee, and low-carb options. Warm and welcoming place. Highly recommend.
What a place! We were passing through Bolzano on our way to Lago di Garda and we found Alma. Food was a true delish! When I have asked about icea tea (which wasnt on the menu) there was no problem of creating it. We had pasta with beetroot and pasta with tomatoes for our kid and both great! My husband had a chicken which you just must try! The owner is very kind and helped us with the menu :-) Strongly recommended place!
Whenever we’re in Sud Tirol we make sure to visit Bistro Alma9. Truly one of the very best meals/experience we have in our visits to Northern Italy. The menu captures a unique and innovative take on Mediterranean flavors. Every dish was both familiar and yet special. The ingredients were fresh and made everything we tried come alive. Spending time with the owner, Elad, made our visit even more special. His stories added to the overall experience. Don’t forget to stop by the next time you’re in Bolzano. We highly recommend.
We picked this place from the picture of the beautiful back patio. The beef kebab were delicious and the lettuce in the salads were obviously freshly picked and very yummy. Even though we did not complain the owner picked up on the fact that my mom did not care for her pasta, "needs a little more flavor, lemon, salt... something to brighten it up. He told us we could have said and they would have made us something else and then brought us halva and ouzo. He was sweet and took the time to tell us of his dreams for the restaurant. Wonderful experience all around.
A great find in Bolzano. Friendly owner and staff, comfortable seating, good music and atmosphere. Fusion cooking at its tastiest. We shared several dishes and the homemade bread was divine. I tried the Muscat which was sweet with the honey flavours.
