🔥Highly recommended🔥 🍜The best ramen in Brescia 🇮🇹 A cozy place to eat ramen while you're sightseeing in Brescia. The staff is very friendly and patient, and of course, the food is delicious. I ordered the vegetarian ramen 🍜 , iced green tea 🍵 and Japanese chiffon cake. Thank you Chiara and Domenico, you’re the best 👏👏👏

I went for the Vegan options and I was not disappointed. The veggie bao, the vegan ramen and the vegan dessert were very tasty and made with good quality ingredients. The dessert especially, cervello di scimmia, is one of the most particular things that I have ever tasted, a whole experience on its own. The man serving the table was very friendly and nice too. I recommend.

This vegan ramen was a joke 😂 I mean, how can you serve soy sauce mixed with vinegar and call it ramen?!?!The waitress even said not to pour it on the veggies and noodles as it’s too sour! ‘Just take a piece of cucumber or tomato and dip it in the sauce..’🤡 no words. I left it. Ps the best was the answer why this “ramen” is cold…because it’s not a season for pumpkins😂😂😂 circus.

The bao bread was not as fluffy as bao should be. The filling of the bao was too fatty. It would have been better something lighter like aubergine. It was more like a bread. The okonomiyaki was too salty and too dry. The pannacotta was an interesting idea but the execution did not come out right, too salty to the point that I had to stop eating it otherwise I would have felt sick. The lights in the back room are too powerful, they should be dimmer and softer like in Japanese isakayas. Price is ok. They don’t take reservations so you need to go there and queue. Overall the food needs to improve.

This is the closest restaurant from our home that serves ramen. We like going here during the cold weather especially during the weekend. We really loved their ramen the first and the second time we went here. However, the last time we were here, something about their ramen changed. We just can't pinpoint what's it exactly. It was still delicious but it has completely changed. I'll still recommend this place to everyone I know though. 🙂 The review above was the one I posted 3 months ago. I'm adding additional review after what we've experienced last night. We constantly go to this place when we're craving for ramen. Yesterday was the 4th time for us. Apparently, I was disappointed with the ramen that was served to me. It was bland, tasteless and it was totally different from the one I use to order. I don't know if the cook was just not in the mood or they run out of ingredients or something. I think for a business to run longer, they should be consistent with their products especially if if the business is a restaurant. I hope the management of this place does something about the quality of the food they serve. I'll be posting a photo of the Shoyu Ramen I took the first time we went here and a photo of the Shoyu Ramen I yesterday. I rated this place with 4 stars before but I'm going to rate them 2 now. ☹️
