The Sketch cocktail at The Holidays Lab is a true work of art. Incredibly creative and beautifully presented, its flavors are perfectly balanced and truly amazing. This is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves an innovative and delicious drink.

Amazing cocktails. I had the lycee martini and it was amazing. We ordered the first starter for 2 people and it came with 4 small dishes and bread. They were amazing with so many flavors and spices. We also had a beef dish with tomato and cinnamon and it hit the spot. It was a nice break from pasta. Highly recommend and will be back

I wish I had discovered Hollydays Lab at the start of my vacation! This place is an absolute gem. The food is phenomenal – authentic Moroccan cuisine with rich flavors and perfect presentation. Every dish we tried was unforgettable. The drinks were equally impressive, crafted with care and full of flavor. The only regret I have is not finding this spot sooner – if I had known it existed, I would have come here every single day. A must-visit if you want amazing food and a great atmosphere!

This is by far the best bar in Liguria, if not beyond. The food is fabulous as well though know that you have to book some of the tangines 48 hours in advance. Dylan is a true artist in the kitchen and at the bar. I have travelled around the world and I recommend if you are on vacation and if you are a locale, I highly suggest becoming a regular.
