The food was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked dishes with fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavor with a modern touch. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, ideal for all kinds of circumstances. A special mention goes to Simone, our waiter, who was outstanding! Friendly, attentive, and very professional — he recommended our food and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. One of the best dinners we’ve had in Italy. The food was absolutely amazing. One of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. The desserts, especially the bonet, were also a delightful surprise. What stood out even more was the exceptional service. The waiter was super friendly, gave us great recommendations, and could answer all our questions. The atmosphere felt very welcoming and overall it was just a fantastic evening. If we are ever back in Como, we will definitely come again.

We all thoroughly enjoyed everything we ate, but what truly blew me away were the carbonara pasta. I’ve never had pasta that good before! Every dish we tried was simply top-notch. La Cava dei Sapori in Como is a hidden gem that I’m so glad I discovered! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is warm and inviting, with an authentic Italian charm. The service is impeccable—staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is absolutely incredible! Every dish is made with the freshest ingredients, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The pizza was like, just perfect! We can especially recommend the “la Cava” pizza. And trying their house specialties especially the dessert! The local wines paired wonderfully with our meal. What really sets La Cava apart, though, is the cozy, intimate atmosphere. It’s perfect for a romantic dinner or a special gatherings with friends and family. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Como!

Found by chance on our way to Modena, we were lucky to stumble on this slow food jewel. The menu was truly beautiful but limited by time we opted for the pizza. Great sourdough crust, airy and delicious. Tiramisu was also a delight. Setting / atmosphere is lovely. Worth the detour from Como.
