Il Farcito

I came in a bit skeptical, but this restaurant turned out to be absolutely amazing... Beyond the delicious food (the pizza and lasagna were fantastic and very cheap) the service truly stood out. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

On our last night in Como, we visited this lovely restaurant for dinner, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The place had great reviews online, so I had high expectations — and they absolutely lived up to them! We started with a few drinks, which were beautifully served and perfectly balanced. For the mains, we ordered clam spaghetti and risotto with sausages — both were cooked to perfection, wonderfully presented, and full of flavour. The service was equally impressive. Our server was incredibly friendly, took time to chat with us, and even shared his experiences and recommendations, which made the evening even more memorable. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Como!

We stopped in here to get out of the rain and have a quick coffee and pastry, but we very much enjoyed everything about this small shop. The two men and the lady were very friendly and entertaining. They made you feel at home and made you laugh. We were the group from Texas. Thank you!

Fernando was the best server! He made our evening so special. He had great recommendations for what to order and drink. We had a bottle of local wine, spaghetti, and lots of mozzarella. We finished the meal with the most delicious meloncello. I’ll be dreaming of this meal for a long time! Whether you’re a local or just visiting, make a stop at Il Farcito. You won’t be disappointed!

Walking around Como on Italys Republics day was definitely difficult since most places were closed. However we saw Il Farcito’s reviews and we were curious to check it out, but honestly it was nothing short of okay. We walked in there were seated pretty quickly and we ordered the Tuna salad, Seafood Pasta, Bresaola, Gnocchi with Tomato sauce and we also got complimentary bread rolls and parmesan. The food was okay, a bit boring, the pasta wasnt the best but it wasnt the worst either, the salad was okay and the bresaola was interesting. Nothing really wowed me and nothing really stuck. The price was in my opinion a bit cheaper than other places where we paid about 66 Euros for everything. The place had an okay ambient and interior, nothing eye catching. I honestly wouldnt recommended coming here, I believe there are much better places in Como to check out.
